Her fame was boosted by her role as Fiona Gallagher on the first two seasons of UK TV show Shameless. The Virgin Queen (2006) was her subsequent role. She also was the role of Queen Elizabeth I and the lead character on From Darkness, a television show that premiered in the year 2015. Her filmography is comprised of Enigma (2001), The Magdalene Sisters The Magdalene Sisters (2001), notes on the Scandal (2006) French Film (2007) The Last Station Nowhere Boy Before i Go to Sleep (2014) and Suffragette 2015. She was nominated for BAFTA Awards in Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress and Best Actress in Shameless The Virgin Queen. In addition to that, she was awarded the BAFTA Cymru Award in Best Actress in 2007 for her performance in the television film The History of Mr Polly. Anne-Marie Duff has been a highly successful and award-winning English actress who has created her own mark on stage, radio and television.
