Anna Sergeyevna Koournikova is an Russian former professional tennis player as well as an American TV personality. Her fame and popularity made her one of the best known tennis stars across the globe. Anna Kournikova was a tennis star who hails from Russia that was, at one point of time the biggest female star within the game. Kournikova was a moderately accomplished singles player, but was a wildly accomplished doubles player, and her collaboration with Martina Hingis was widely praised for its effectiveness. Alongside her modeling assignments, she achieved wide-spread fame through her appearance. Today, she is one of most sought after players on the internet. Kournikova is an iconic baseliner for singles, who moves the ball fast and fluidly around the court. The foundation of her game was deep, powerful groundstrokes. If she was given the chance, she would approach the net. Kournikova was born and was raised in Moscow. The parents of both her were athletes. The father of her mother, Sergei Kournikov wrestler champion, and her mother Alla was a marathon runner. Kournikova started playing tennis at five years old. She moved to Florida (at the age of 10-years-old) in 1991, to study with the Nick Bollettieri School. Kournikova started signing endorsement contracts with brands after being a professional. She was the most famous face of women's sport. In the years following her retirement, she remains popular with her fan base and has been featured in Hollywood films. Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias have been together since 2001. They are parents to twins born in December 2017, in the same couple. Anna Sergeyevna is a Russian SFSR Soviet Union born in Moscow on the 7th of June 1981. She is an ex-professional tennis player from Russia. She began playing professional tennis at the age of 14, becoming the youngest tennis player ever to compete and ultimately win the Fed Cup for Russia. When she was 15, she made it to the U.S. Open. Then, at the age of 16, she made it to Wimbledon's semifinals. However, she had to stop playing professional tennis at the age of 21 because of severe back problems.
